Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 6, 2026 · Effective Date: May 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MAGNO Junk Removal LLC, 1081 Citrus Landing Blvd, Davenport, FL 33837 ("MAGNO Dispatch," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the MAGNO Dispatch service (the "Service").
1. Who This Policy Covers
This Policy applies to Subscribers (the businesses that sign up for and use the Service) and to Callers / End Users (the individuals who call a Subscriber’s business and interact with the AI agent).
For information about callers, the Subscriber is the "controller" and MAGNO Dispatch acts as the Subscriber’s service provider / processor, handling that information on the Subscriber’s behalf and under its instructions.
2. Information We Collect
From Subscribers: business and account details (business name, owner name, email, phone, address, service areas); agent configuration (agent name, language, greeting, FAQs, service details); and billing information processed by Stripe (we receive limited transaction data; we do not store full payment card numbers).
From Callers (collected on the Subscriber’s behalf): phone number, name, address, and other details the caller provides; audio recordings and transcripts of calls, and AI-generated summaries; and the content of the caller’s requests or inquiries.
Automatically (website and dashboard): usage data, log data, device/browser information, and cookies.
Google Calendar data (only when a Subscriber connects their Google Calendar): we access calendar events through the Google Calendar API to check availability and to create, update, or cancel appointment events for the Subscriber. We request only the calendar.events scope and do not access other calendars, contacts, email, or Google profile data.
3. Call Recording and Transcription
Calls handled by the AI agent may be recorded, transcribed, and stored to provide the Service. Where required by law, the agent can be configured to disclose recording at the start of a call. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that recording complies with applicable all-party-consent and wiretapping laws (see our Terms of Service). If you are a caller and do not consent to being recorded, you may end the call or contact the business directly.
4. Communications with Callers
With a caller’s consent given during a call, the AI agent may arrange for a one-time text message (SMS) and/or email to be sent to the caller — for example, a link to upload photos of their job so the business can prepare an estimate. These messages are transactional, relate only to the caller’s own request, include the business name, and do not contain marketing or promotional content. Standard message and data rates may apply. Callers can decline at the time of the call, and message delivery is handled through our telephony and email providers (Twilio and Resend).
5. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, and improve the Service; route and summarize calls; send service-related and transactional messages; process payments; provide support; maintain security; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
6. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of the information: Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (telephony and SMS), ElevenLabs (AI voice and transcription), Supabase (database/hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Resend (transactional email), Google (Google Calendar API, only for Subscribers who connect their calendar, to manage appointment events), and Meta (advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel on our marketing website).
We also share Subscriber Data with the Subscriber (for caller information captured on their behalf), and we may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Subscribers can request deletion of their account data; caller recordings and transcripts are retained per the Subscriber’s configuration and our standard retention period of 12 months, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We honor these requests as a matter of practice regardless of your location. To exercise a right, contact us at hello@magnodispatch.com. If you are a caller, you may also contact the business you called. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Cookies and Tracking
Our website and dashboard use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.
On our marketing website we use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta / Facebook) to measure the performance of our advertising and to reach people who have visited our site. The Meta Pixel may collect device and usage data and, where you submit a form, hashed contact details (such as email or phone) used only to match you to a Meta account for ad measurement. You can manage interest-based advertising through your Meta ad preferences and opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child’s information has been collected, contact us and we will delete it.
12. United States Processing
The Service is operated in the United States and information is processed here. By using the Service, you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy and will post the revised version with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
14. Google API Services and Limited Use
Our access to Google user data is limited to the Google Calendar events of Subscribers who choose to connect their Google Calendar, using only the calendar.events scope, and solely to provide the appointment-scheduling features of the Service (checking availability and creating, updating, or canceling appointment events).
The use and transfer by MAGNO Dispatch of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Subscribers can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from their dashboard, which revokes our access.
